Project included both the FEL 3 and Detailed Engineering phase for the replacement of a packed bed type RL CS (Dryer Tailgas Scrubber) with a 316L SS Scrubber on the existing foundation.  The scope of work included removal and reinstallation of all piping, both inlet and outlet ducts and instrumentation, process verification of the packed bed design and redesign of the bed supports allowing for maintenance cleaning.
